  DAI was the project engineer of a 66-acre tract that was developed into a 242-lot, single-family residential subdivision during a four-phase plan. The project included engineering design, land surveying, platting, staking, and construction management in addition to adjacent roadway construction plans for water/fire, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving.
