High Point Lake Estates
					DAI was the project design engineer of an acreage homesite community along Kuban Road in Rockwall County.  The project included 1.4-acre lots and a 10-acre wooded lakeside park with trails and playground. DAI provided engineering design and surveying services through final plat and construction administration.
