Lakeview Summit

A four-phase, 237-acre residential development entailing engineering design and surveying services through final plat, construction staking and administration, as well as lift station design. Topography presented a particular challenge due to elevation differences to maintain positive runoff. Prepared a detailed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Contents of plan included site description, detailed description of existing foliage, soil conditions, onsite systems, offsite systems and existing areas of erosion. Detailed development activities such as construction and other sequences of activity affecting soils were also reported, including an estimated total of the area to be disturbed. Off-site storage areas were identified and listed as well as pre- and post-runoff coefficients and soil characteristics. Provided general location and site maps, industrial activity associated with construction, receiving water(s) and aerial extent and description of wetlands and other aquatic sites near the site were reported, as well as identifying how storm water would impact runoff sites such as the Trinity River.
